Michael Page recently joined Talent Solutions as a Principal Consultant. Prior to joining Talent Solutions Michael was a senior executive with Audrey Page & Associates for six years where he provided career transition and change management services to senior executives and organisations. For three years at Audrey Page & Associates he was based in Melbourne managing the Victorian State Office before returning to Sydney to take on senior consultant and senior management responsibilities.
Prior to Audrey Page, Michael worked at Prentice Hall for 13 years taking on sales and commissioning editor roles before being appointed, firstly, as Publisher and ultimately General Manager of the Academic division. In his time at Prentice Hall he was involved in the success of a number of major sales, marketing and IT initiatives and in major restructures and change projects including the merge with Addison Wesley and the emergence of Pearson Education.
A fully trained teacher Michael worked for three years as a primary school teacher and teacher of English for foreign students. Michael’s consulting and study interests focus on learning and self development, the human impact of change and delivering effective individual, team and organisational change. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Diploma of Education and a Graduate Diploma in Management (AGSM).

Pam Illingworth recently joined Talent Solutions as an Executive Assistant. Pam has over ten years experience as a high level Personal Assistant and was most recently the Executive Secretary to the Qantas Group General Manager Flight Operations and Chief Pilot. This position was also responsible for providing high level support to the General Manager Flight Operations and the General Manager HR and Administration. Prior to her employment with Qantas, Pam was the Personal Assistant to the Chairman of the 8th World Swimming Championships Organising Committee and the Asian Sporting Relations Council.

Farewell Nicola Blum
We recently farewelled Nicola as she left to pursue an opportunity with a major legal firm. Nicola was instrumental in the design and delivery of many of our programs and was a well known face at the Australian Bureau of Statistics and nabCapital. Whilst we were all sad to see Nicola leave we wish her all the very best in her new role.
