For the last few months we have had two university student placements at Talent Solutions which has certainly livened up our office!

Eleanor Chan, an undergraduate student from the University of Technology Sydney, recently completed her final year of a Bachelor in Organisational Learning (majoring in Human Resource Development). Eleanor has been working with our consulting team to gain a first hand understanding of the end-to-end learning and development process. She has been actively involved in understanding both the design and delivery of several programs while applying her university learning to the practicalities of working in a fast-paced consulting company.

Theresa Rowley is an undergraduate student at Boston University currently interning with Talent Solutions. She is in her third year of studies and is majoring in psychology. Theresa has been assisting with psychometric testing and has been of great assistance in various research projects. She has been heavily involved in a longitudinal study we have been running to assess the acquisition of EI abilities in a pharmaceutical company.

Theresa will return to Boston in January 2007 after experiencing a taste of the Aussie summer! The team at Talent Solutions wishes Theresa all the best in her travels and the remainder of her studies in Boston.
