Philip Pryor recently joined Talent Solutions as a Principal Consultant.
Prior to working with Talent Solutions Philip was the Principal of a small consulting firm for 15 years. This company provided highly specialised leadership and change solutions to organisations in Australia, New Zealand and the US. In this role he worked with major finance, engineering and IT organisations as a consultant and facilitator providing high level strategy implementation advice. Much of his work involved working behind the scenes on multi-million dollar negotiations as well as helping with major restructure and change programs.
Philip’s consulting and research interests focus on delivering effective individual, team and organisational change. He has particular expertise in designing and implementing change solutions in complex and fast moving environments. His work focuses on minimising risk while facilitating significant personal and organisational change. Philip has applied cutting edge techniques such as Tactical Analysis to enable leaders to influence and manage change across organisations while keeping resistance and operational disruptions to a minimum.
Philip has a wealth of consulting experience and holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Masters of Social Work (Psychotherapy) which he gained at Adelphi University, New York in 1989.
