Merger

As Michael conveyed in his opening comments we are delighted to join Talent Solutions to create a leadership, talent and team development consulting firm that brings to the table three key elements—evidence based solutions, pragmatic consultants and a focus on results.

One of the key reasons for the merger from our perspective was the challenge of delivering end-to-end solutions across the leadership, talent and team spectrum as well meeting our ever growing client needs in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We set out in January to find an organisation that was consistent with our values and had the reputation and the offerings to meet our client needs.

With the merger we have no doubt that we can provide a more rigorous approach to our client solutions. One of the key benefits for Agility Consulting Group in the merger is access to some world class assessment solutions. The work of Michael and the team in using best practice assessment techniques is something we are very excited to tap into as we do more and more work in the area of leadership assessment and development.

We have already been able to offer our clients a solution that combines rigorous assessment tools with our development approach to provide 20 senior managers within an organisation a leading edge assessment and development solution.

What do we want to achieve out of this merger with Talent Solutions? Quite simply we want to offer the best solutions in the area of leadership, talent and teams backed by research and evidence and delivered by people who you enjoy working with. This has been the cornerstone of both businesses and together we are confident the merger offers us greater synergies.

Over the next few months we will be focusing on integrating our businesses as well as delivering quality customer solutions. We will continue to provide more details about our innovative assessment and development offerings as they come to hand. I look forward to all our clients continuing the journey with us as we build an outstanding consulting practice.
