Andrew Hoggan recently joined Talent Solutions as a Consultant.

Andrew has over six years experience in the learning and development industry with broad exposure in the instructional design and facilitation areas. His industry experience spans the Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Retail and the Not-for-profit sectors whilst his geographical experience spans Canada and the United Kingdom.

Most recently, Andrew worked for a major CRM provider as a Support and Training Consultant in a client facing role with organisations like sanofi-aventis, GlaxoSmithKline and 3M. In this role Andrew was responsible for major project implementations, instructional design and lead facilitation from front-line to General Manager level. In previous roles he has established and managed large training centres as well as designed and deployed e-learning solutions.

In addition to broad industry experience, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology & Communications) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology.

Camilla left Talent Solutions this month to follow her partner to India.  Camilla made a major contribution to the company over the last 12 months and her absence is already being felt. During her time with us she was a great source of stability and inspiration as the remainder of the team would often be away delivering various client projects. Always calm under pressure and highly conscientious, we could always rely on her to solve the myriad of administrative problems that crossed her desk. 

There are few people as loyal as Camilla and as positive in the face of evidence to the contrary. Her strong sense of optimism will be sadly missed. We all wish Camilla and Mark the very best during their time overseas.
