Welcome
2004
was an exciting year for our team as we continued to help
companies harness their people’s potential.
Throughout
the year we delivered some major projects in areas as
diverse as career transition, executive coaching and emotional
intelligence
(EI) development. Further groundbreaking EI work saw
another measurement tool, the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire
(EIQ), added to our range as we continue to research
and
implement ‘best in class’ EI measurement and
development. Our candidate assessment practice continues
to expand with same-day assessment and feedback now the
norm. Many major corporations are now taking up this service
which
utilises the latest range of personality and abilities
measures to assist in the selection process.
In the final months of 2004 we undertook
a major client satisfaction survey – a sincere thank
you to all who took the time to provide us with feedback
on what we do well and what we can do
better. This was a valuable exercise and prompted a major re-branding
initiative. We worked closely with Jamie Lamshed at Juice
Visual Communications to better
understand how our clients viewed us and what was important
to them. As a result we now have
a new
logo and our website has undergone a complete redesign. The
feedback so far has been fantastic and we’re keen to
