2005
promises to be another busy year. The interest in EI continues
to gain momentum and is the focus for this first newsletter
of the year. There is so much interest that I have been asked
to deliver a series of presentations on applying EI at work,
Intelligent Leadership: Cutting the Cost of Workplace Stress,
at CPA Australia (NSW) throughout February. This follows
with a presentation on Managing the Human Impact of Change
at the
Leadership and Change Conference 2005, organised by Liquid
Learning in Sydney on the 17th of March.
On the program development
front, in response to many requests, we’re offering a
new public program called Intelligent Selling which focuses
on the underlying EI abilities that drive sales success. This
follows on from our very successful Leading with EI public
programs of 2004. You can read a little more about Intelligent
Selling and our popular Intelligent Coaching program later
in this newsletter. So please, sit back relax and take the
time to catch-up on our experiences in helping develop the
EI potential of Australia’s up and coming leadership
talent.
